Chong Myoung Bae (called James), a South Korean is the Executive Director of HFS Heavy Industries Sdn. Bhd. He holds Bachelor of Engineering degree, CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) by AWS (American Welding Society) and Black Belt of Six Sigma. Prior to this appointment, he was the General Manager of Boiler service team for Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction (Formerly known Korea Heavy Industries) and DOOSAN Engineering & Construction HRSG business group. Hence, he had a very broad background of DOOSAN HRSG and also, the leading expert in this business

Ir. Che Mohammad Nizam Bin Che Kamaruddin is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of expertise in occupational safety and health. He previously served as a Senior Assistant Director at the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Malaysia, where he played a pivotal role in advancing safety standards through approval, inspection, and consultancy services across various industries. Ir. Nizam is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, a Master of Science in Industrial Safety and Health from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, and an Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, Ir. Nizam possesses extensive knowledge of international standards such as ASME, ASTM, BS, ANSI, EN, API, and TÜV. He is a Certified ASME VIII Division 1 Pressure Vessel Inspector. His wide-ranging expertise encompasses occupational safety and health, approval and inspection of static equipment, consultancy, pipeline services, plant and power generation systems, energy, process engineering, research and development, and EPC consultancy. He has demonstrated exceptional skills in designing, developing, and testing engine and equipment components, managing and coordinating projects, conducting benchmarking studies, and performing market analyses. A passionate advocate for workplace safety and health, Ir. Nizam actively supports industry advancements through his involvement in key initiatives. He is a dedicated committee member of the Malaysian Steam and Internal Combustion Engine Engineer Association (MSIEA).

Mr. PARK JONGUN, owners of POWER TECH SOLUTION (PTS) is a Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, and construction. He has deep expertise in coal-fired power plants and combined cycle power plants (CCPP) both in Korea and overseas. Mr. Park has proven leadership in managing construction schedules, design improvements, and technical specifications. He currently operates a venture business focused on forced cooling system for steam turbine.

I worked for Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction Company as a Mechanical Specialist in power plant engineering from January 1987 to March 2020. I have experience in the design and analysis of industrial, heat recovery, CFB, and utility boilers. I was involved in the development of the 1000MW USC boiler, promoted as a national project, as the lead mechanical engineer. The 1000MW USC boiler was successfully developed, and Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction Company ultimately secured the Shin-Boryong 1 & 2 1000MW USC boiler project. I have supported the manufacturing and installation of boiler components, inspected both new and used boilers during overhauls, evaluated the expected design life of boilers, and proposed improvements. I also identified the root causes of boiler failures and provided effective countermeasures to prevent future failures. I have been working at HISE Co., Ltd since 2020, doing similar work to what I did at Doosan.
